sleeps 6, linen change after each rental week.
Price per week: July-Aug -2200 euros ($2900), if no broker involvement.
Payment Information: 25% of the rent is due to complete the booking with the
balance due 45 days prior to the rental week. Payment can be made by cash,
money order or bank wire transfer.
Security Deposit: A 1500 euros ($1750) security deposit is due 30 days prior to
the rental week(s). Security deposit will be returned in full (less any charge
for damage) within 3 days of completion of the rental week(s) and inspection.
Any damage above the security deposit will be charged directly to the renter.
Cancellation Policy: All money will be refunded, except for a handling charge
of 250 euros ($325), if the villa is re-rented for the same rental amount. If
rented for a different amount, all money will be refunded up to the amount of
the replacement rental, less the handling fee.
Other Information: The nearest airport is Marseille (MRS) which is 45 minutes
by car. The nearest TGV (fast train) train station is 30 minutes away in
Avignon. Both offer rental car facilities. No pets allowed.
